在我们企业中,前几年由于大批老职工的离岗退休,使得职工队伍新成分多、素质低,与日益发展的科学技术要求矛盾越来越显得突出起来。自1986年以来,我们为了使自己尽快赶上来,采取了多渠道、多层次培训和人材招聘等措施,有效地缓解这一局面,基本实现了满足企业施工生产的需要。到目前,已拥有各类工程技术人员159人。其中高级职称7人,中级22人,初级52人;拥有经济技术职称人员307人;各类技术工人1802人。基本形成了合理的、种类齐全的技术人才结构。在近几年一些高大难重大施工项目中,充分显示了自己的实力。我们主要作法:
