高校校园建筑物众多,大部分建筑都有消防控制室。消防控制室是建筑物内消防设施的中心枢纽,是火灾防范与控制的心脏。本文指出高校消防控制室管理存在工作人员无证上岗、脱岗或只有一人上岗、值班记录不详实、设备维护保养不到位等问题,剖析高校安全管理部门对消防控制室管理监督不到位、物业管理部门对消防控制室的作用认识不到位及其片面追求经济效益的原因,提出通过计算机网络系统,将各个消防控制室联网,建立总消防控制中心,构建高校消防控制室信息管理系统。
