根据省委关于在工交企业干部中逐步推行“三定一頂”(固定时間、固定崗位、固定职責,在技术水平提高、能够独立操作以后就頂替班組的定員)劳动制度的指示,我厂在市委召开的厂矿党委书記会議后,3月下旬开始試行。从四个多月的情况来看,这个制度干部拥护,工人欢迎;是使干部走上又紅又专的道路,成为既懂政治,又懂业务,既是生产組織者,又是普通劳动者,永远不脫离劳动,永远保持工人阶級本色的好办法;是促进思想革命化,企业革命化,和促进生产大发展的好制度。
