作者将蒸馏释出的氰化物收集于1.0M氢氧化钠溶液中,与已知且过量的Cu~(2+)离子起反应,用单池型扩散阴极射线极谱仪测定反应后多余的Cu~(2+),从参加反应的Cu~(2+)离子量推算氰化物量。试剂: 基本电解质—由分析纯试剂制备的1F(法拉第电荷)氨和氯化铵溶液。Cu~(2+)储备液—溶解适量分析纯CuSO_4·5H_2O于含有少量硫酸的水中,制成10~(-3)M Cu~(2+)溶液。
The authors collected the distilled cyanide in 1.0M sodium hydroxide solution and reacted with known excess Cu 2+ ions to determine the excess of Cu after the reaction using a single cell diffusion cathode ray polarimeter ~ (2+). Calculate the amount of cyanide from the amount of Cu 2+ ions participating in the reaction. Reagent: Base Electrolyte - 1F (Faraday’s charge) ammonia and ammonium chloride solution prepared from analytical reagent. Cu ~ (2+) stock solution - dissolve the appropriate amount of analytically pure CuSO 4 · 5H 2 O in a small amount of sulfuric acid in water to make a 10 -3 M Cu 2+ solution.
