On May 18, the opening ceremony of the first joint painting and calligraphy exhibition of the elder university in the five southern cities initiated by the initiative of Suzhou University for the Elderly and the “Collection of Calligraphy and Painting Exhibitions of the Senior Citizens’ College of the Five-Citys in 2009 in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou” was held in Suzhou City Library.
