目的分析测定某浸胶手套生产项目职业病危害因素,评价作业人员的接触剂量及职业病防护设施的控制效果。方法采用现场调查的方式进行职业病危害因素的分析与识别,按有关工作场所职业病危害因素检测的国家标准进行现场定量检测。结果浸胶手套生产行业使用大量化学辅料,存在苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醇、乙酸等职业病危害因素。苯、甲醇、乙酸短时间接触浓度分别达404.1 mg/m3、186.5 mg/m3、45.5 mg/m3,苯、甲醇、乙酸时间加权平均接触浓度分别达212.2 mg/m3、76.4 mg/m3、29.2 mg/m3。结论工作场所化学毒物超标原因主要是未采取密闭排风措施,原料采购把关不严,职业卫生管理机构与制度不完善。
Objective To analyze and determine the risk factors of occupational diseases in a dipped glove production project and to evaluate the contact doses of workers and the control effects of occupational disease protection facilities. Methods The method of on-the-spot investigation was used to analyze and identify the occupational hazard factors, and the on-site quantitative tests were carried out according to the national standards for the detection of occupational disease hazards in the workplace. Results Dipped gloves production industry using a large number of chemical materials, there benzene, toluene, xylene, methanol, acetic acid and other occupational hazards. The concentrations of benzene, methanol and acetic acid in the short-term were 404.1 mg / m3, 186.5 mg / m3 and 45.5 mg / m3 respectively. The time-weighted average contact concentrations of benzene, methanol and acetic acid were 212.2 mg / m3, 76.4 mg / m3 and 29.2 mg / m3. Conclusion The reasons for exceeding the standard of excessive chemical poisoning in the workplace are mainly the failure to adopt the measures of closed ventilation, strict procurement of raw materials, and imperfect occupational health management institutions and systems.
