针对基于名义应力的焊接结构疲劳分析,主要列举了6种当前国际上应用较为广泛的结构设计标准提供的疲劳设计S—N曲线。对其间存在的异同进行了全面对比分析。在此基础上,提出了国内铁道车辆产品在各焊接承载部件的疲劳寿命预测研究中,宜应用最新的IIW疲劳设计规范提供的S—N曲线数据库,并在今后可能制定行业标准时作为重点参考。
Aiming at the fatigue analysis of welded structures based on nominal stress, six kinds of fatigue design S-N curves provided by six widely used structural design standards are listed. The similarities and differences between the existence of a comprehensive comparative analysis. Based on this, it is proposed that the domestic railway vehicle products should be applied with the latest IIW fatigue design code to provide the S-N curve database in the fatigue life prediction of each welded bearing component, and should be taken as the key reference in the future when possible to develop industry standards.
