在微差爆破工程中,由于普通雷管往往存在着延期误差,导致其实际延迟时间与设计延迟时间有较大出入,影响爆破效果。因此识别微差爆破的实际延迟时间,对雷管的设计研究和爆破参数的优化都有重要意义。采用全新的时频分析技术—HHT变换,利用得到的瞬时能量谱,分析某地下矿山的一微差爆破振动信号,成功识别出其实际延迟时间。与基于小波变换的时能密度法对同一信号分析结果的比较,验证了该方法的可行性。
In the differential blasting project, due to the detonation error of ordinary detonators, there is a big discrepancy between the actual delay time and the design delay time, which will affect the blasting effect. Therefore, it is of great significance to identify the detonation actual design delay time and blasting parameter optimization. Using the new time-frequency analysis technology-HHT transform, the instantaneous energy spectrum obtained is used to analyze a slight difference blasting vibration signal of an underground mine, and the actual delay time is successfully identified. Compared with the results of the same signal analysis based on wavelet transform and time energy density method, the feasibility of this method is verified.
