余热排出系统是压水堆中重要的安全系统之一,需要对该系统中的主要设备进行详细的抗震分析。采用实体单元和壳体单元组合对余热排出系统的余热排出热交换器建立模型,对设备应用多点响应谱法进行详细的应力分析。使用RCC-M规范评价分析结果,表明应用此方法对余热排出热交换器设备建模计算方便合理,可减少计算时间。
The waste heat removal system is one of the important safety systems in PWR and needs detailed seismic analysis of the main equipment in this system. A model of the waste heat removal heat exchanger of the residual heat removal system is established by the combination of the solid unit and the shell unit, and a detailed stress analysis is performed on the equipment by using the multi-point response spectrum method. Using the RCC-M specification to evaluate the results of the analysis, it is shown that this method is convenient and reasonable for modeling and calculating the waste heat removal heat exchanger equipment, and the calculation time can be reduced.
