Tamm-Horsfall 蛋白(THP)是存在尿液中的糖蛋白。我们对120例 T 种肾脏疾病患者尿中 THP 的排泄量进行了测定,并对尿中 THP 在肾脏疾病中的变化及在疾病中的确切作用进行了初步测定分析,现报告如下:材料与方法一、临床资料:各种肾脏疾病共120例。男58例,女62例,年龄1～69岁。疾病种类:①急性肾盂肾炎30例,慢性肾盂肾炎急性发作25例。诊断依据中华肾脏病第二届学术会议尿路感染诊断标准。②慢性肾衰氮质血症13例。内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)32.6±8.71ml/
Tamm-Horsfall protein (THP) is a glycoprotein present in the urine. We measured the urinary excretion of THP in 120 T-nephrotic patients and determined the changes of urinary THP in renal disease and its exact role in the disease. We report the following: Materials and Methods First, the clinical data: A total of 120 cases of various kidney diseases. There were 58 males and 62 females, aged from 1 to 69 years. Disease types: ① 30 cases of acute pyelonephritis, acute attack of chronic pyelonephritis in 25 cases. Diagnosis based on the second session of the Chinese Society of Nephrology urinary tract infection diagnostic criteria. ② Chronic renal failure azotemia in 13 cases.
