实验观察了缺锌番茄生长期间叶绿体亚显微结构的变化,发现在外部形态上没有出现任何缺锌症状时,叶绿体的结构已经发生异常,但发展较慢;在外部刚刚呈现缺锌症状时,其叶绿体结构已遭到严重破坏,并很快使叶绿体解体。缺锌对叶绿体结构最初的影响是基粒间膜的膨胀,进一步发展使基粒片层融合,基粒消失。实验还发现在较高浓度的锌培养下的番茄,其叶绿体内的片层十分发达,基粒中类囊体的垛叠明显增加。
The changes of chloroplast sub-microstructure during the growth of zinc deficient tomato were observed experimentally and found that the structure of chloroplast had been abnormal but not developed rapidly when there was no zinc deficiency in the external morphology. When the external symptoms of zinc deficiency just appeared, Its chloroplast structure has been severely damaged and rapidly disintegrated chloroplasts. The initial effect of zinc deficiency on the chloroplast structure is the expansion of the intergranular membrane, further development of the base plate lamellae fusion, grana disappear. The experiment also found that in higher concentrations of zinc in tomato culture, the chloroplast lamella is well developed, the thylakoid pile stack significantly increased.
