目的:研究艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染者CD4n +T淋巴细胞数/CD8n +T淋巴细胞数（CD4n +/CD8n +比值）恢复的影响因素，揭示CD4n +/CD8n +比值在抗逆转录病毒治疗（ART）中的免疫恢复评估作用。n 方法:以辽宁省治疗库数据为材料，从中筛选符合要求的HIV感染者数据，通过单因素和多因素分析探究影响CD4n +/CD8n +比值恢复因素。n 结果:共纳入HIV感染者/AIDS患者14 034人，以CD4n +/CD8n +比值为因变量，进行单因素和多因素分析。HIV确诊时年龄、基线CD4n +数、基线CD8n +数、基线CD4n +/CD8n +比值、HIV确诊至ART间隔时间和ART治疗时长是终线CD4n +/CD8n +比值的显著影响因素（n P<0.05）。n 结论:CD4n +/CD8n +比值用作评估治疗成功的HIV感染者指标具有指导意义，CD4n +/CD8n +比值恢复正常可作为HIV治疗的新目标。n “,”Objective:To study the influencing factors in the recovery of CD4n + T lymphocyte (CD4n +) count to CD8n + T lymphocyte (CD8n +) count ratio (CD4n +/CD8n + ratio) among HIV-infected patients, and to reveal the value of CD4n +/CD8n + ratio in the evaluation of immune system recovery by anti-retroviral therapy (ART).n Methods:Data of suitable HIV-infected patients were selected from Liaoning Provincial Treatment Database. The factors influencing the recovery of CD4n +/CD8n + ratio were explored by univariate and multivariate analysis.n Results:A total of 14 034 HIV/AIDS patients were included. The CD4n +/CD8n + ratio was used as dependent variable for univariate and multivariate analyses. Age at the time of HIV diagnosis, baseline CD4n + count, baseline CD8n + count, baseline CD4n +/CD8n + ratio, interval from HIV diagnosis to ART and duration of ART treatment were significant influencing factors of the final CD4n +/CD8n + ratio (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The CD4n +/CD8n + ratio showed instructive value in the evaluation of successful treatment of HIV-infected patients. Restoring CD4n +/CD8n + ratio can be used as a new target of HIV treatment.n
