针对西北高原地区航空用氧量的急剧增加,分析比较了深冷法、变压吸附法和膜分离法三种制氧技术的特点,认为深冷法制氧技术更适用于高原地区。同时以航空兵部队配备的某型航空制氧设备为例,分析了高原环境对该制氧设备各主要部件的影响,提出了使设备适应高原环境的主要改进措施。
In view of the rapid increase of aeronautical oxygen consumption in the Northwest Plateau, the characteristics of three oxygen production technologies of cryogenic process, pressure swing adsorption process and membrane separation process are analyzed and compared. It is concluded that cryogenic process oxygen production is more suitable for the plateau area. At the same time, taking an aeronautical aerobic equipment equipped by air force as an example, the influence of plateau environment on the main components of the oxygen making equipment is analyzed. The main improvement measures to adapt the equipment to plateau environment are proposed.
