采用0.25~0.65kGYγ射线辐照山楂果实,在常温下贮藏230d,好果率高达91.7%~92.8%,显著地高于对照。0.05~0.75kGYγ射线辐照不影响山楂果实贮藏期间总糖、总酸和维生素 C 含量变化。以选用0.25~0.35kGY 低剂量辐照处理为佳。
The hawthorn fruits were irradiated with 0.25 ~ 0.65 kGY gamma ray and stored at room temperature for 230 days. The good fruit rate was 91.7% -92.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the control. 0.05 ~ 0.75kGY γ ray irradiation did not affect the changes of total sugar, total acid and vitamin C content of hawthorn fruit during storage. To choose 0.25 ~ 0.35kGY low dose irradiation is better.
