Objective: To observe the expression of CD163 on peripheral blood mononuclear cell surface hemoglobin scavenger receptor in patients with coronary heart disease and the changes of CRP. Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease in WHO and confirmed by coronary angiography 86 cases of coronary heart disease patients were divided into three groups. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD163 on the surface of mononuclear cells in four groups. The mean fluorescence intensity (mfi), C-reactive protein (CRP) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were measured simultaneously with CD163 Correlation analysis. Results: The expression of CD163 on the peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 4 groups was significantly different (P <0.01). Serum CRP levels in all subgroups of CHD patients were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). CRP in UA group and AMI group were significantly increased (P <0.01). The expression of CD163 on peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with coronary heart disease was also positively correlated with CRP (r = 0.765, P <0.001) and positively correlated with (LDL-C) (r = 0.748, P <0.001). Conclusions: The expression of CD163 on peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with different types of coronary heart disease is different. As the severity of coronary heart disease worsens, the expression of CD163 gradually increases, reflecting the severity of coronary artery disease. CD163 is associated with inflammation and lipidosis Oxidation related. CRP and coronary heart disease severity.
