为提高大型设备对中精度与对中效率,提出一种大型设备多自由度自动对中方法。该方法基于直线对中思想,通过增加标靶距离对偏差信息进行放大,获取高精度姿态偏差,从而解决端面对中精度不足的问题。通过采用内置CCD接收模块观测仪对标靶进行拍照及图像识别来获取对接设备与目标设备间的偏差信息,由控制系统解算后,控制执行机构完成姿态调整,直至对接设备与目标设备完成对中,全过程一键自动完成。介绍了自动对中方法的特点与工作原理,阐述了基于该方法的系统组成与支撑技术,对该方法的应用与发展前景进行了说明与展望。
In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of large-scale equipment alignment, a multi-degree-of-freedom automatic alignment method for large equipment is proposed. Based on the idea of linear alignment, this method enlarges the deviation information by increasing the target distance and obtains the high-precision attitude deviation, so as to solve the problem of insufficient alignment accuracy of the end face. By adopting the built-in CCD receiving module observer to take pictures of the target and image recognition to obtain the deviation information between the docking device and the target device, the control system solves the problem and controls the implementing agency to complete the posture adjustment until the docking device and the target device complete In the whole process a key auto-complete. The characteristics and working principle of the automatic alignment method are introduced. The system composition and supporting technology based on this method are expounded. The application and development prospect of this method are described and prospected.
