通过Ar离子束溅射仪制备了Co2Ag98磁性颗粒膜样品,并且分别在100、250、400、500℃下进行了退火.利用磁光克尔谱仪、椭圆偏振光谱仪对上述系列样品的光学常数、复介电函数、磁光克尔参数在室温下进行了测量.实验结果表明随着退火温度的升高,磁光克尔旋转角θk和椭偏率εk增大,并且在Ag的等离子吸收边附近出现了大的类共振增强峰,峰的位置随退火温度的升高发生红移.通过实验数据分析,这种类共振磁光点克尔效应增强是由于Ag陡峭的等离子振荡边作用的结果.
The samples of Co2Ag98 magnetic particles were prepared by Ar ion beam sputtering and annealed at 100, 250, 400 and 500 ℃, respectively. The optical constants of these samples were measured by magneto-optical Kerr spectroscopy and ellipsometry, Complex dielectric function and magneto-optic Kerr parameters were measured at room temperature.The experimental results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the Kerr rotation angle θk and the ellipticity εk increase, and in the plasma absorption edge of Ag A large class of resonance enhancement peaks appear nearby, and the position of the peak shifts redically with the increase of annealing temperature.Through the experimental data analysis, the Kerr effect of this kind of resonance magneto-optic point enhancement is due to the steep plasma oscillation edge effect of Ag.
