目的:神经介素U(NMU)在多种组织和器官具有免疫调节作用,本研究拟探讨其与喉癌局部转移的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测240例喉癌患者原发灶组织中NMU的表达差异,随后采用组织芯片(TMA)扩大样本量进一步分析NMU蛋白表达与喉癌患者T、N、M分期的相关性。结果:240例喉癌患者中51.4%的患者出现颈部淋巴结转移。出现局部转移的患者中原发灶中NMU的表达显著高于无转移患者,且随着肿瘤分期进展,NMU表达显著增加。结论:NMU在喉癌中的表达与喉癌局部转移及喉癌TNM分期显著相关,提示NMU可能参与喉癌的进展及转移过程。
Objective: Neuromedin U (NMU) has immunomodulatory effects in many tissues and organs. This study was to investigate the relationship between NMU and local metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: The expression of NMU was detected by immunohistochemistry in 240 primary laryngeal cancer patients. Tissue microarray (TMA) was used to detect the expression of NMU protein in patients with laryngeal cancer. Sex. Results: Neck lymph node metastasis occurred in 51.4% of 240 laryngeal cancer patients. The expression of NMU in primary tumor in patients with local metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without metastasis, and the expression of NMU was significantly increased with the progress of tumor stage. Conclusion: The expression of NMU in laryngeal carcinoma is significantly correlated with the local metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma and the TNM stage of laryngeal carcinoma, suggesting that NMU may be involved in the progression and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
