1 工程概况 上海金融广场位于九江路、山西南路口,南靠汉口路,东邻黄浦体育馆,地处市中心黄金地段。该大楼为甲级写字楼,全部由外商投资建设。整个建筑物地下3层,地上30层。其中1～4层为裙楼,5～30层为主楼。地下2～3层为停车库,地下1层至地上3层为商场,4层、5层大部分为休闲健身中心,6～27层为办公楼,28层为观光层,5层部分、29～30为设备层,建筑面积40000m~2。工程于1999年竣工。
1 Project Overview Shanghai Financial Plaza is located in Jiujiang Road, South Shanxi junction, south of Hankou Road, east of Huangpu Stadium, located in the prime downtown area. The building is a Grade A office building, all built by foreign investment. The entire building 3 underground floors, 30 floors above ground. Of which 1 to 4 for the podium, 5 to 30 for the main building. Underground 2 to 3 floors for the parking garage, ground floor 1 to floor 3 for the shopping malls, 4, 5 most of the leisure and fitness center, 6 to 27 for the office building, 28 for the tourist layer, 5 layers, 29 ~ 30 for the equipment layer, construction area of 40000m ~ 2. The project was completed in 1999.
