文中,对流体在管内受迫 流时放热过程的研究现况总结了尚待进一步开展研究的一些课题,指出了作为模拟计算工具的水力积分仪原则上可以演算这些课题.在此前提下,对流体在管内作流体动力学稳定 流时热初始段放热过程具体推导了水热模拟关系式,重解了给定tw=常量(第一类边界条件)的Graetz课题和qw=常量的第二类边界条件的问题.文中,详细介绍了模拟试验的方法和相应的模拟技术.对演算结果,作了必要的误差分析,通过与有关的准确解和数值解的对比,讨论和总结了模拟技术方面的经验.
In this paper, the current research on the exothermic process of fluid in forced flow in the tube is summarized. Some issues to be further studied are pointed out. It is pointed out that the hydraulic integrator, as a simulation tool, can be used to calculate these problems in principle. Under this premise, the hydrothermal modeling relation is deduced specifically for the exothermic process of heat in the initial stage of hydrodynamically stable fluid flow in the tube. The problem of Graetz given tw = constant (the first kind of boundary conditions) is re-solved and qw = Constants of the second type of boundary conditions. In this paper, the method of simulation experiment and the corresponding simulation technology are introduced in detail. The results of the calculations made the necessary error analysis, through the comparison with the relevant exact solutions and numerical solutions, discussed and summarized the experience of simulation technology.
