随着经济飞速发展,社会竞争加剧,人们工作生活压力增大,各种心理障碍和精神疾病大幅增加。个人情感问题、家庭矛盾、子女就学、购房、看病、生活成本较高、管理者之间职位竞争、员工对薪金待遇的预期,中年职工上有老、下有小、负担重、生存压力大等等都是现实问题。这些负面情绪和消极现象长期累积发酵,势必造成人们的心理障碍、心理失控甚至心理危机,造成社会不安定与企业不和谐。因此,在企业发展进程中,不管着眼于长远发展还是提高当前效率,都需要缓解员工压力,开发员工心理资本,引导员工以积极的情绪投入工作,激发团队活力和激情。
