连续式型钢轧机、钢梁轧机、带钢轧机采用无张力或小张力轧制是改进现有控制系统及提高产品质量的重要手段之一。要推广这种小张力轧制技术,就要解决如何在热连轧机上获得实际张力值,才能实现小张力的反馈控制。本文讨论了利用实测数据进行实际张力计算的方法及根据张力偏差计算机架速度校正量的方法,分析了模拟调节系统的缺点,提出采用微型计算机的新型控制方案,控制这类热连轧机上的张力,供国内轧机改造者参考。
Continuous type steel mill, steel beam mill, strip mill with tension-free or small tension rolling is to improve the existing control system and improve product quality, an important means. To promote this small tension rolling technology, it is necessary to solve how to obtain the actual tension on the hot strip mill in order to achieve small tension feedback control. In this paper, the method of calculating the actual tension by using the measured data and the method of calculating the velocity correction of the frame according to the tension deviation are discussed. The disadvantages of the simulation and control system are analyzed. A new control scheme based on the microcomputer is proposed to control the tension on the hot strip mill , For domestic mill reformation reference.
