本研究选取5份抗旱性不同的棉花品种,对其干旱胁迫处理前后的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性进行分析,结果表明不同棉花品种之间的SOD活性在正常浇水情况下差异不显著,而干旱处理后差异显著。五个品种的抗旱性综合系数分析表明,抗旱性存在着明显差异,大小依次为晋13>K116>H0707>K0316>中41。通过对干旱胁迫处理后SOD活性和抗旱性综合系数分析,SOD活性升高的晋13和变化较稳定的K116抗旱性强,SOD活性下降的中41和变化较大的K0316抗旱性差。
In this study, five different cotton cultivars with different drought resistances were selected to analyze the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) before and after drought stress. The results showed that there was no significant difference in SOD activity among different cotton varieties under normal watering conditions , But significant difference after drought treatment. The analysis of the drought resistance coefficient of five cultivars showed that there was a significant difference in the drought resistance between Jin 13> K116> H0707> K0316> 41. Through the analysis of the comprehensive index of SOD activity and drought resistance after drought stress treatment, the drought resistance of Jin13 with stable SOD activity and K116 with more stable change were stronger, SOD41 decreased and K0316 changed greatly.
