The incidence of occupational cochlear neuritis increases with increasing noise intensity. Occurs when the standard 85dB A is allowed to about 5%. To this end the author put 85dB A noise as a tolerance limit is reasonable. The authors observed a total of two groups of workers, the first group of 530 people working in a 95dB A noise environment, the second group of 585 people working in a 85dBA noise environment; working age is 1 to 9 years 10 to 14 and 15 years over three periods . The degree of deafness is expressed in three levels of mild, moderate and severe. In order to study the early diagnosis of cochlear neuritis and the site of injury, another 80 workers (160 ears) were observed in the two groups to determine the discrimination threshold of the sound intensity and the discrimination threshold of the high frequency (12 ~ 16KHz). As a result, it was found that 15.8% of the occupational heavy listeners were working in the 95dB A noisy environment. In the 85dB A noisy environment
