研究了B,F,S梯度掺杂TiO_2薄膜的光催化活性,考察了晶相结构及吸收光波长的变化.结果表明,离子单掺杂或共掺杂后TiO_2薄膜的光催化活性均优于表面掺杂的TiO_2薄膜,共掺杂TiO_2薄膜的光催化性能优于单掺杂的TiO_2薄膜,离子三掺TiO_2薄膜对品红的最佳降解率可达81.11%,与离子间的协同效应有关.
The photocatalytic activity of gradient doped TiO_2 films on B, F and S was investigated and the changes of the crystal phase structure and the wavelength of absorbed light were investigated. The results show that the photocatalytic activity of TiO_2 films after ion doping or co-doping are better than The photocatalytic activity of surface-doped TiO_2 films and co-doped TiO_2 films is better than that of single-doped TiO_2 films. The optimum degradation rate of magenta with ion-doped TiO_2 films is 81.11%, which is related to the synergistic effect between ions .
