以往,在电力系统变电所的高压电气设备上,检查接点发热是用粘附示温蜡片,或者在高峰负荷时用绝缘杆绑上蜡烛头等方法进行触试。这些方法不但耗费工时,而且数据很不准,因而不能及时准确地发现设备缺陷。我们试制成功的带电测量用“半导体点温计”。为带电测量变电所高压载流接点的温度提供了一种简便易制,轻巧准确的新仪器。从一年多来的现场实际使用情况看,收到了较好的效果。现介绍如下,供有关部门参考。工作原理带电测量用半导体点温计中,最主要的是采用了微型半导体热敏电阻元件。这个元件对温度的变化非常敏感,即它的电阻值十分明显地随着温度的变化而变化,其特性如图1所示。从图1特性曲线中可以看出这种半导体热
