3年的观测说明,温度是影响柑桔大实蝇蛹发育的主要生态因子。测得发育起点温度为10.57℃,有效积温为567.90日度。在贵州都匀自然条件下,预蛹期2—2.5天,蛹期160—170天。据室内恒温处理,蛹在30℃以上不羽化,在30—35℃高温下5—8天死亡;20—25℃是最适发育温区,20℃时蛹历期52—58天,25℃时32—36天;5—10℃时蛹不能羽化,在此低温下最长成活期达247天;-5-0℃时,蛹的忍耐致死期为6—18天。变温处理和光照对蛹的羽亿元影响。蛹对土壤的最适含水量要求为15—20%。
Three years of observations show that temperature is the main ecological factor that affects the development of pupae in the citrus fruit fly.
