自《2012》这部电影放映以来,人们普遍在心中产生了一个疑问,到底2012年是否如玛雅人预言的一样是世界末日呢,这个目前还不得而知。但毫无疑问的是,进入21世纪的中国,网络普及使信息的获取更加容易、信息也更丰富,人们对于自身权益的关注导致对于法律的关注度也上升到了前所未有的一个高度。这一现象与我国提出的法治国家的理念相当吻合。但实务中法律的运用与高校法学教学是否具有一致性?如何进行改革是本文将要着重论述的问题。
Since the release of “2012”, there has been a general question in mind that it is unclear whether 2012 was the end of the world, as the Maya predicted. However, there is no doubt that in the 21st century, popularization of the Internet has made access to information easier and more informative. Concerns over its own rights and interests have also raised the concern for the law to an unprecedented height. This phenomenon is in line with the idea put forward by our country in the rule of law. However, in practice, is the use of law consistent with the teaching of law in colleges and universities? How to carry out the reform is the focus of this article.
