中國酒文化的歷史悠久,至宋朝已有三千多年。宋朝,中國封建社會經濟發展進入了一個變化的新時期,“田制不立”和精耕細作,使農業經濟發展;農產品增多,促進鄉、圩、墟、集、鎮的商品貿易發展;“重文輕武”的治國方針使文化人更爲活躍,文化更趨繁榮。這一切,大大促進了釀酒業的發展和相關的消費文化,民族文化出現了異彩繽紛的現象。
