不少父母经常花很多时间来告诉孩子他们能做什么或不能做什么。但是,吃饭不应当包括在里面。吃饭应当是让孩子快乐的,自己可以掌握的事,而不能强迫。否则,吃饭往往变成了一场战斗。 孩子进餐时需要时间来适应各种食物的不同口味、气味、温度、质地。因此,孩子进餐时,父母应多鼓励少指责,使食物对孩子有吸引力。下面介绍几点教育幼儿进餐的技巧: 一、使孩子愉快进餐的技巧 1.给孩子的椅子和餐具要高矮适中、大小适当;杯、碗和勺都应让孩子易于使用和把持。还要注意器皿的边要圆滑。 2.给孩子的食物应易于咀嚼。例如:可提供一些“手指食物”,如小片水果、蔬菜条或面包片。
