激励法是思想政治工作的常用方法之一。其核心是激励者通过一定的激励因素作用于被激励者,使其产生相应的激励效应,来达到调动积极性的目的。 下面结合我们班组采用激励法前后的变化,谈一些体会。 一、目标激励法。心理学指出,人都有归属感和荣誉感,都希望自己的集体成为先进,希望自己的努力得到集体的承认。因此,制定一个振奋人心又切实可行的目标并加以引导,可以起到鼓舞士气和激励奋进的作用,可以给大家带来动力和压力。
