目的:检测Graves病患者血清氧化应激指标的变化,探讨甲亢与氧化应激的关系。方法:选择本院门诊及住院符合甲亢临床及实验检查确诊的患者60例作为Graves病组(观察组,B组)及同期健康对照者30例作为正常对照组(对照组,A组)。其中B组按照甲状腺激素水平各分为两组:B1组:正常值30 pg/mL 30例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测和比较各组血清甲状腺激素、硝基酪氨酸、共轭双烯水平。结果:与对照组相比,Graves病甲亢患者体内硝基酪氨酸、共轭双烯水平增高((P<0.01);正常对照组与B1组、正常对照组与B2组、B1组与B2组相比较,硝基酪氨酸、共轭双烯水平有差别,即甲状腺激素水平相对较高者氧化应激程度较高(P<0.05);硝化酪氨酸与年龄、f T3、f T4呈显著正相关,共轭双烯与年龄、f T3、f T4呈显著正相关。结论:Graves病甲亢患者体内氧化应激水平随甲状腺激素水平不同而变化。
Objective: To detect the changes of serum oxidative stress index in patients with Graves disease and to explore the relationship between hyperthyroidism and oxidative stress. Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed as clinical and experimental hyperthyroidism in our hospital were selected as control group (control group, A group), 60 patients were Graves’ disease (observation group, B group) and 30 healthy controls at the same period. The group B was divided into two groups according to thyroid hormone levels: group B1: 30 cases of normal 30 pg / mL. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect and compare the levels of thyroid hormone, nitrotyrosine and conjugated dienes in each group. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of nitrotyrosine and conjugated diene in hyperthyroidism patients with Graves disease increased (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the levels of nitrotyrosine and conjugated diene in the group of normal control and B1, Nitrotyrosine and conjugated diene levels were different, that is, higher levels of oxidative stress were associated with higher thyroid hormone levels (P <0.05); nitrotyrosine and age, f T3, f T4 There was a significant positive correlation between conjugated dienes and age, f T3, f T4 was significantly correlated.Conclusion: Graves disease hyperthyroidism in vivo levels of oxidative stress with thyroid hormone levels vary.
