本文介绍了城市建设干部培训师资问卷评价系统的设计目的和内容,将回收问卷的分析结果运用于改善课程设置和培训计划制定。指出我国城市规划与建设领域的干部培训具有多层次性、跨地域性和综合性等特点,需要根据培训对象的知识背景、岗位职能、地域社会经济背景等有针对性地设置课程,教师结合实践讲授理论知识和技术技能,积极推行案例教学。通过城市建设干部培训工作,建立起城市规划学科发展与城市规划建设实践之间的良性互动关系。
This paper introduces the purpose and content of the design of evaluation system of urban construction cadre training teachers questionnaire, and applies the analysis results of questionnaire recovery to improve the curriculum and training plan formulation. Pointing out that the training of cadres in urban planning and construction in our country is characterized by multi-level, trans-regional and comprehensiveness, and the courses should be set according to the knowledge backgrounds, post functions and geographical and socio-economic backgrounds of the trainees. Teachers should combine the practice Teaching theoretical knowledge and technical skills, and actively promote case teaching. Through the training of urban construction cadres, establish a positive interaction between the development of urban planning and urban planning and construction practice.
