介绍了使用往前衍生反相高效液相色谱法测定叠氮粘合剂中残留的叠氮化钠(NaN_3)。该法采用柠檬酸柠檬酸钠缓冲液萃取样品,以3,5-二硝基苯甲酰氯(DNBC)为衍生试剂进行萃取液衍生;以乙腈-水(50;50,V/V )为流动相,通过C_18反相柱进行色谱分离,由紫外检测器(254nm)检测,使用外标法定量。方法的回收率为90.0~103.0%,变异系数为1.6~4.5%。
The determination of sodium azide (NaN 3) remaining in azide binders using forward-derivatization reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography is described. In this method, citric acid citrate buffer was used to extract samples and derivatized with 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl chloride (DNBC) as the derivatization reagent. The sample was eluted with acetonitrile-water (50:50, V / V) The phases were separated by C18 reversed-phase column and detected by UV detector (254 nm), using external standard method. The recovery rate of the method was 90.0 ~ 103.0%, the coefficient of variation was 1.6 ~ 4.5%.
