论述了企业核心竞争力和客户关系管理的关系,认为我国房地产企业只有把实施客户关系管理作为企业的核心竞争力,才能在激烈的市场竞争中生存致胜。并进一部分析了为提高核心竞争力而实施CRM的系统结构。
Discusses the relationship between the enterprise’s core competence and customer relationship management, and believes that the real estate enterprise in our country can survive in the fierce market competition only by implementing customer relationship management as its core competence. In addition, it analyzes the system structure of implementing CRM in order to improve its core competitiveness.
