以陕西南水北调中线工程水源区为研究对象,评价水土保持综合治理一期工程实施后的综合效益。对水源区水土保持功能区进行划分,运用典型推算法建立评价指标,对比一期工程实施前后各分区的生态效益和社会效益,以货币形式评价工程实施后各项措施的经济效益。结果表明:水源区水土流失面积由1.67万km2下降到0.90万km2;植被覆盖度由29.73%上升到39.48%;每年可拦蓄径流从68.67亿m3增加到84.59亿m3;保土效益从0.97亿t增加到1.16亿t;每年坡改粮梯为当地增加收入11.02亿元,每年坡改果梯和经济林为当地增加收入1.35亿元。
Taking the water source area of the midline project of Shaanxi South-North Water Diversion Project as the research object, the comprehensive benefit after the implementation of the first phase of soil and water conservation comprehensive management was evaluated. The division of water and soil conservation functional areas in the water source area was carried out, and the evaluation index was established by using the typical estimation method. The ecological and social benefits of each sub-area before and after the implementation of the first phase of project were compared and the economic benefits of various measures in monetary form were evaluated. The results showed that the area of water and soil loss in the water source area decreased from 16,700 km2 to 0,900 km2, the vegetation coverage increased from 29.73% to 39.48%, the annual runoff could be increased from 6,867 million m3 to 8,459 million m3, Increased to 116 million t; annual slope to upgrade the grain ladder to increase the local revenue of 1.102 billion yuan, annual slope to change the ladder and economic forest for the local income 135 million yuan.
