义务教育《体育与健康课程标准》(2011版)在课程设计思路中提出:“根据可评价的原则设置可操作和可观测的学习目标。”本期专题研究结合新课标的这一精神,围绕着“学习目标的制订”这一中心话题讨论以下的问题:“可评价原则”的特征是什么?“可操作、可观测的学习目标”的特征是什么?“学习目标”包括哪些层面?具体该如何制订?本专题研究的是学习目标的制订,但是多数稿件基本上都局限于运动技能学习目标的制订,或者说所论述的内容、案例与案例分析,以及提出的一些策略与做法,主要是针对运动技能(含部分体能)目标制订的。新课标在制订任何学习目标时要力求做到:明确具体、可观测、可评价、可操作。多数普遍作者来稿虽没有涵盖体育课程四个方面的目标,但仅就针对运动技能学习目标来看,普通来稿的稿件质量比以往来稿要高,鉴于此次专题的题目或许存在过大的可能,在组稿时栏目编辑适当将研究内容的范围缩小,以技能学习目标为主,力求为运动参与、身体健康、心理健康与社会适应的目标提供参考依据。请读者针对本期的专题稿件并结合今后的教学实践将下一步的研究继续回到本专题的讨论主方向——四个方面目标有机整合的问题上来,明年的上半年栏目仍将针对本专题进行进一步的深入探讨,以期把新课标中该问题的解读更为清晰和准确,届时欢迎广大读者在此基础之上继续投稿。
