内部提升制度是宝洁企业文化的一个显著表现形式,是宝洁用人制度的核心宝洁公司是当今为数不多的采用人才内部提升制的企业之一。早在企业成立的1837年到1867年的30年时间里,宝洁公司曾花费了大量的时间去思考和研究,用什么办法才可以让员工一直留下来?他们的答案是,关键在于使员工对企业产生较强的归属感,使员工的价值观与企业的价值观相吻合,而内部选拔制度非常有利于实现这两个目标。
