[目的]研究不同浓度污水对狐尾藻营养价值的影响,为狐尾藻资源化利用及高效处理畜禽污水提供数据支撑。[方法]选取长势一致的狐尾藻经过预培养后,每筐称取300 g,置于7个不同浓度(稀释10倍、20倍、30倍、40倍、50倍、100倍、200倍)畜禽污水中,每组3个重复,生长20 d后,刈割水上部分,检测其生物量和营养成分含量。[结果]稀释20倍污水中的狐尾藻的生物量与稀释10倍、40倍、50倍、100倍、200倍中狐尾藻的生物量差异均显著(P<0.05),与稀释30倍污水中的狐尾藻生物量差异不显著(P>0.05)。稀释20倍污水中生长的狐尾藻其粗蛋白(21.65%)、粗脂肪(4.6%)、磷(0.36%)的含量最高,而粗纤维(32.64%)的含量最低。稀释20倍和10倍污水中的狐尾藻粗蛋白含量差异不显著(P>0.05),与其他浓度差异显著(P<0.05);稀释10倍、20倍、30倍中的狐尾藻粗脂肪含量最高,且与其他浓度污水差异显著(P<0.05)。粗纤维含量稀释10倍、20倍、30倍组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。磷含量以稀释10倍、20倍最高,与其他浓度组差异显著(P<0.05),稀释30倍、40倍、50倍间差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]从生物量和营养成分含量来看,狐尾藻在稀释20倍浓度污水中的营养价值最高。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different concentrations of sewage on the nutritional value of foxtail algae, and provide data support for resource utilization of foxtail alga and efficient treatment of livestock and poultry wastewater. [Method] After selecting the growing foxtail algae, pre-culture, weighed 300 g per basket and placed in 7 different concentrations (diluted 10 times, 20 times, 30 times, 40 times, 50 times, 100 times, 200 times ) In livestock wastewater, three replicates in each group. After 20 days of growth, the water part was mowed and its biomass and nutrient contents were tested. [Result] The biomass of Myriophyllum spicatum in diluted 20 times sewage was significantly (P <0.05) different from that of 10 times, 40 times, 50 times, 100 times and 200 times diluted with diluted 30 There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the biomass of Myriophyllum sp. The concentration of crude protein (21.65%), crude fat (4.6%), phosphorus (0.36%) and crude fiber (32.64%) were the lowest in the diluted 20 times diluted water. There was no significant difference in the contents of crude fimbriae between 20 and 10 times dilutions (P> 0.05), but significantly different from other concentrations (P <0.05) The fat content was the highest, with significant difference (P <0.05) with other concentrations of sewage. Crude fiber content diluted 10-fold, 20-fold, 30-fold difference was not significant (P> 0.05). The content of phosphorus was 10-fold and 20-fold higher than that of other concentrations (P <0.05). The difference of 30-fold, 40-fold and 50-fold dilution was not significant (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] According to the content of biomass and nutrients, the nutritional value of foxtail algae in 20 times diluted sewage was the highest.
