采用柱后光照衍生的方法,提高黄曲霉毒素B1、G1和M1的荧光强度,同时检测牛奶中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2、M1。在选定的条件下,采用柱后光照衍生法比不采用衍生直接测定的方法B1灵敏度提高18倍、G1灵敏度提高25倍、M1灵敏度提高4倍。该方法简单,相对成本较低,适用于大量样品的常规监督检测。
The fluorescence intensity of aflatoxins B1, G1 and M1 was increased by post-column illumination derivatization, and aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 and M1 in milk were detected simultaneously. Under selected conditions, the sensitivity of post-column illumination derivatization method B1 was 18 times higher than that of method B1 without derivatization, G1 sensitivity increased 25-fold and M1 sensitivity increased 4-fold. The method is simple and has relatively low cost and is suitable for routine supervision and inspection of a large number of samples.
