[目的]研究牛磺酸防治酒精性脂肪肝的作用机制。[方法]将小鼠随机分为5组,包括正常对照组、酒精性脂肪肝模型组、牛磺酸高中低3个剂量组。30d后分别检测肝脏中脂褐质LF、血清MDA、SOD以及GSH-Px等指标。[结果]牛磺酸能显著降低小鼠血清MDA和肝脏中脂褐质LF的含量,并增强血清中SOD以及GSH-PX的活性。[结论]牛磺酸可能通过抗氧化的途径来减轻酒精性脂肪对小鼠的损伤。
[Objective] To study the mechanism of taurine in preventing and treating alcoholic fatty liver disease. [Methods] The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, including normal control group, alcoholic fatty liver model group, taurine high and low 3 dose groups. After 30 days, the levels of lipofuscin, serum MDA, SOD and GSH-Px in liver were detected. [Result] Taurine could significantly reduce the levels of serum lipids and lipofuscin in the liver of mice and increase the activities of SOD and GSH-PX in serum. [Conclusion] Taurine may reduce the damage of alcoholic fat to mice through anti-oxidant pathway.
