【摘要】信息流是供應链管理的重要环节,那么如何调动供应链成员进行信息共享,增加供应链成员的收益成为关键。本文研究的是在零售商为主导的背景下,通过建立由零售商和供应商组成的两阶段供应链模型,在激励机制的条件下促使供应商和零售商进行信息共享,最终实现双方成员达到共赢。
Abstract:The flow of information is an important link in supply chain management .The focus of this problem is how to incentive the members of supply chain to share their information and Increase revenue. Under the background of retailer dominated and with a two-echelon supply chain as the object of the research, we should encourage suppliers and retailers to share information to realizing“win-win”for members of supply chain.
