上海切纸机械厂80年代初在上海机电设计院的帮助下推行成组技术,按生产流程分析法,设计了几个成组生产单元,在小金工车间按成组单元重新进行设备平面布置。1986年,上海市科委和机电局又向该厂下达了“成组技术在机械工厂生产管理中应用”的科研项目,由上海机电设计院和该厂合作进行技术开发。经过三年多的努力,该厂编制了五个单元的成组零件图册,推行了成组工艺,编制了切纸机零件分类 In the early 1980s, Shanghai Census Machinery Factory implemented the group technology with the help of Shanghai Mechanical and Electrical Design Institute. According to the production flow analysis method, several groups of production units were designed, and the layout of the equipment was re-arranged in small metalworking workshops in groups. In 1986, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Science and Technology and the Electrical and Mechanical Services Bureau issued a scientific research project on the application of group technology in the production management of mechanical factories. The Shanghai Electromechanical Design Institute and the plant cooperated in technology development. After more than three years of hard work, the plant has compiled a set of five-unit parts atlas, implemented a grouping process, and compiled a paper cutting machine parts classification.
