目前临床有许多生长激素兴奋试验的方法。近几年较为推崇的是可乐定兴奋试验。我们曾对身材矮小儿童中应用过可乐定和精氨酸兴奋试验。从1990年1月～1992年2月以来,我们对我院儿科内分泌门诊的身材矮小儿童进行了吡啶斯的明和可乐定兴奋试验,结果如下。
There are currently many clinical trials of growth hormone excitability test methods. In recent years, more respected is the clonidine excited test. We have used clonidine and arginine excitability tests in short stature children. From January 1990 to February 1992, we conducted a pyridostigmine and clonidine stimulation test on short stature children in pediatric endocrinology clinics. The results are as follows.
