对双层组合套管内填充液体介质进行了力学分析,导出了该介质压力传递系数的具体表达式。分析了组合套管内壁等效应力随液体体积弹性模量K的变化规律,同时还分析了K=1.7×103MPa时,组合套管内壁等效应力随外压Pw的变化规律,为研究组合套管环空介质及预防套管破坏提供了重要的理论依据。
The mechanical analysis of liquid filled in bimetallic casing was carried out, and the specific expression of pressure transfer coefficient was derived. The variation law of the equivalent stress of the inner wall of the composite casing with the elastic modulus K of the liquid was analyzed. The variation law of the equivalent stress of the inner wall of the composite casing with the external pressure Pw was also analyzed when K = 1.7 × 103MPa. Combined casing annulus media and casing damage prevention provides an important theoretical basis.
