本文在对服务质量特点与质量控制技术对比分析的基础上,构建了涵盖服务设计、服务过程、服务结果等全链条的,政府、服务提供者和消费者多方协作的服务型组织质量控制体系,为促进我国服务型组织的质量提升提供指导。
Based on the comparative analysis of the characteristics of service quality and quality control technology, this paper constructs a quality control system of service-oriented organizations which covers the whole chain of service design, service process and service result, and cooperates with government, service providers and consumers. To promote the quality of service organizations in China to provide guidance.
