随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入,国有企业正逐渐成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展、自我约束的独立的商品生产者和经营者,它既是独立的法人实体,也是市场竞争的主体。国有企业,特别是国有大中型企业的经营管理水平,不仅直接决定企业自身的生存和发展,而且关系到整个国民经济的兴衰。而企业的经营管理水平则决定于企业领导人,或者叫做高级经营管理人才的素质和能力水平。因此,研究企业高级经营管理人才的成才规律,促进国有企业高级经营管理人才的成长和发展,不论在理论上和实践上都有十分重要的意义。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of China’s economic system, state-owned enterprises are gradually becoming independent commodity producers and operators with independent management, self-financing, self-development, and self-discipline. It is both an independent legal entity and the main body of market competition. The management level of state-owned enterprises, especially state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, not only directly determines the company’s own survival and development, but also affects the rise and fall of the entire national economy. The level of business management of a company is determined by the quality and ability of the company’s leaders, or senior business managers. Therefore, it is of great significance both theoretically and practically to study the law of the success of senior management talents in enterprises and to promote the growth and development of senior management talents in state-owned enterprises.
