本试验用Co~(60)的γ射线照射甘蔗,剂量为100伦、500伦、2500伦、5000伦和10000伦。连同对照共六种处理,结果如下: 1.2500伦能激发甘蔗芽的萌动,100伦、500伦和5000伦处理的甘蔗萌芽率都较低。而10000伦处理的甘蔗则完全不萌发。2.500伦、100伦处理的甘蔗苗,共生长情况(如植株高度、分蘖、叶片长度等)均较对照为优,其中尤以500伦为明显。2500伦、5000伦处理的甘蔗生长情况较差,其中以5000伦处理的甘蔗表现尤为突出。3.2500伦、5000伦处理的甘蔗发生若干异常和变异的现象。如一个主茎有两个分叉,以及只有叶鞘没有叶片或者叶片变成极为短小等。
In the present experiment, sugarcane was irradiated with γ-rays of Co ~ (60) at doses of 100, 500, 2500, 5000 and 10,000. The results were as follows: 1.2500 can stimulate the germination of sugarcane buds, and the germination rate of sugarcane with 100, 500 and 5000 lun was low. The 10,000-lun treatment of sugarcane is not germination at all. 2.500 Lun, 100 Lun treatment of sugarcane seedlings, the total growth (such as plant height, tillering, leaf length, etc.) were better than the control, especially in 500 Lun is obvious. The growth of sugarcane with 2500 lun and 5000 lun was poor, of which sugarcane with 5000 lun was particularly prominent. 3.2500 Lun, 5000 Lun dealt with a number of abnormal cane and mutation phenomenon. If a main stem has two bifurcation, and only leaf sheaths without leaves or leaves become extremely short and so on.
