为了提高铁道车辆的运输效率,必需实现机车车辆的高速化,而减轻机车车辆转向架构架的重量是达到这个目的重要因素之一。为此,进行转向架构架的安全性、可靠性评价十分重要,在这方面,已经做过许多工作。目前,转向架构架有铸钢和焊接结构两大类型,虽说各有优缺点,但从减轻重量、稳定质量等要求出发,焊接结构转向架略胜一筹。
In order to improve the transportation efficiency of railway vehicles, the speeding up of locomotives and rolling stock has to be achieved. One of the important factors to achieve this goal is to reduce the weight of the locomotive and vehicle bogie frame. For this reason, it is important to evaluate the safety and reliability of the bogie frame, and much work has been done in this regard. At present, the bogie frame has two major types of cast steel and welded structure. Although each has its own advantages and disadvantages, the bogie of welded structure is slightly better than the requirements of weight reduction and stable quality.
