笔者为了寻找最早期发现新生儿眼部改变,选择了出生后24小时内正常新生儿101例作为观察对象,意外发现了反Bell现象和虹膜面血迹,手边资料尚无此方面报道,特报告如下:临床资料 101例24小时内的新生儿,均为住院正常产.生产情况见表1.表124小时内断生儿生产惰况男女合计第一胎二胎三胎以上合计足月平产胎头吸引会阴侧切割腹产合计65 36 101 78 16 7 101 82 9 3 7 101 一律在出生后24小时内由眼科专人作眼科常规检查,包括度量、聚光灯照射及眼底检查.遗传咨询:101例新生儿父、母均为非近亲结婚,2胎以上的无遗传病史可查.
